Radiologists in Training (Residents)
The number of participants per workshop is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Together with the registration payment is necessary. Registrations as radiologist in training (Residents) must be accompanied by a confirmation of the head of the department confirming the status as Resident.
ESGAR offers the possibility of ensuring the registration with our partner “Europäische Reiseversicherung”. Thus, ESGAR will not refund any amount after a cancellation of registration itself. All requests have to be issued to the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” directly. Refunds will be given within the terms and conditions of the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”. All cancellations have to be made in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) to the Central ESGAR Office and confirmed.
By the course organiser: in case the minimum number of participants (less than 50 % of the expected number) has not been reached, ESGAR reserves the right to cancel a course at the latest 4 weeks prior its beginning. Registration fees will be refunded in full.
Participants have the opportunity to take out insurance for the registration fee only. This insurance applies in case of an unforeseen cancellation of participation at the ESGAR Workshop and can be taken out together with your online registration. The cancellation insurance offered by Europäische Reiseversicherung covers up to 100 % of your registration fees in the event of your cancellation for any cause provided for in the insurance terms (Insurance form). Please read the insured reasons for cancellation carefully!

How to obtain your CME certificate:
CME certificates will be provided to participants participating in the live workshop sessions AND completing the respective evaluation form. The number of hours will be calculated according to the actual time spent participating in the live sessions.

COVID-19 measures at the workshop venue „The SIDE Hotel"
Upon check in, all guests of the SIDE Hotel / Participants of the ESGAR workshop must provide one of the following COVID-19 related documents:
Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish in digital or paper form (e.g. EU Digital COVID certificate)
A negative COVID test result in the form of a rapid antigen test that must not be older than 24 hours or a PCR test that must not be older than 48 hours.
* For stays over several days, a new negative test result must be presented every 48 hours.
Poof of recovery (A positive PCR test result carried out at least 28 days but no more than six months previousl)
During the workshop
- Participants have to wear a FFP2 or surgical face mask in all public spaces
- Keeping distance of 1,5 m to other persons at any time in public spaces of the hotel
- No mask is mandatory inside the meeting room
- Hand sanitizers, masks and gloves are available in all public spaces and meeting rooms of the hotel
