Registration Fees

 The registration fees are VAT-exempt.

 Taking into consideration the current situation, ESGAR will be offering Ukranian citizens free online participation. Interested colleagues are kindly asked to contact registration services for further details.

* Residents, radiographers, technicians and nurses must send or fax a letter from their head of department confirming their status as a resident, radiographer, technician or nurse within seven days of completing the online registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for registering as resident is 35 (incl. the age of 35).

** Medical students under the age of 30 without academic title can register for this fee. Please send a student proof (student ID or letter of university incl. date of birth).

*** Reduced registration fees for ESGAR members are only applicable for members in good standing.

Registration Fee includes

• Admittance to all sessions (onsite or online), scientific exhibition (ESGAR Posters), technical exhibition 
• Access to all on-demand content (recorded sessions, poster exhibition, etc.)
• Final Programme (in print) and Book of abstracts (online version)
• Certificate of Attendance
• Record of Attendance for CME Provider
• On-demand content accessible until September 15, 2023

Please note     

• All prices are listed in Euro (€).
• The "ESGAR Member registration fee" is only applicable for members in good standing (2023 membership fee has to be settled before registration).
• Only registrations accompanied by full payment can be considered complete.
• During the online registration process ESGAR offers the possibility to indicate the VAT Number. This number must be disclosed during the registration process, subsequent disclosures cannot be accepted.

Payment of Registration Fees

All payments have to be made in EURO (€).

By credit card: We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment via the online registration system. Please note that your credit card statement will show “ESGAR”.

Please make sure to clearly state the ESGAR ID and the name of the registered person on the bank transfer in order to ensure identification of the payment. All bank charges have to be paid by the orderer. Please do not forget to add the incoming bank charges.

Confirmation of Registration and Payment

Upon completion of your online registration, your confirmation can be downloaded and printed from the Registration Service Area (Personal ESGAR Account) on the ESGAR Website. As soon as the payment is credited to our account, your confirmation of payment will be generated automatically and is available in the same area. Please allow 2-3 weeks for bank transfer payments to be processed.

Certificate of Attendance / Record of Attendance for CME Provider

The Certificate of Attendance as well as a detailed Record of Attendance for CME Provider* will be available in the online meeting platform after the congress.

*Records of Attendance for CME Provider will be available to those participants who have fully completed the electronic questionnaire for each CME eligible session.

Group Registrations

For companies or travel agents wishing to make registrations for a group of participants (min. 2), a group registration tool is available in the Registration Service Area (Personal ESGAR Account).

Letter of Invitation

The official letter of invitation is available in the Registration Service Area (Personal ESGAR Account) upon receipt of payment.
